1. 800g of mutton, cut into large cubes 2. 5 medium potatoes, skinned and halved 3. Handful of curry leaves (optional) 4. 2 ¼ teaspoon of table salt (7g) 5. 300 ml coconut milk (Kara brand preferred) 6. 900ml water 7. 2 teaspoon Ajinomoto (optional) 8. 1 packet of Na Na Homemade Curry paste 300g
Pour Na Na Homemade Curry paste into pot and add water and curry leaves (optional). Place pot over high heat and stir. Bring to boil and add mutton. Reduce fire to medium heat. Add salt and Ajinomoto (optional) to the curry. Simmer on medium heat for about 1 – 1.2 hours then add potatoes and 100ml of coconut milk. Bring to boil for 15 minutes or until meat is soft. Add the rest of the coconut milk and stir. Serve while hot.
