Chicken Curry
Ingredients to prepare
1. 1.2kg of chicken pieces or 1 whole chicken cut into pieces
2. 5 medium potatoes, skinned and halved
3. Handful of curry leaves (optional)
4. 2 ¼ teaspoon of table salt (7g)
5. 300 ml coconut milk (Kara brand preferred)
6. 900ml water
7. 1 Knorr Chicken cube or 2 teaspoon Ajinomoto (optional)
8. 1 packet of Na Na Homemade Curry paste 300g
Directions
Pour Na Na Homemade Curry paste into pot and add water and curry leaves (optional). Place pot over high heat and stir. Bring to boil and add chicken pieces. Reduce fire to medium heat. Add salt and Knorr Chicken Cube/Ajinomoto (optional) to the curry. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes then add potatoes and 100ml of coconut milk. Bring to boil for 15 minutes or until meat is cooked and soft. Add the rest of the coconut milk and stir. Serve while hot.
